THE DETERMINANCE
OF WORKING MOTIVATION AND INCENTIVE TO REACH OFFICER’S PERFORMANCE IN COUNCIL
PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT CIMAHI REGENCY
The main
problems in this research is the officer’s performance of Council Planning and
Development Cimahi Regency is low. This
case in presumed that the motivation and incentive of work factor have not been implemented
optimally by the management.
The object of
this research is to known simultaneously and partially effect of working
motivation and incentive to the officer’s performance in Council Planning and
Development Cimahi Regency.
The method used
in the research is descriptive analysis. It is to describe each variable and to
test both variables by using quantitative (statistics) approach then they are
analysed and compared to the theory and problems to draw the conclusion.
Result of
analysis that doing in this research find that in simultanously has signifcant
effect of working motivation and incentive to the officer’s performance in
Bappeda Kota Cimahi. The strongly of working motivation and incentove in to
estimation officer’s performance in Bappeda Kota Cimahi are 46.40%, and
residual 53.60% affected by others variable aren’t analyzed in estimation
model. Such with in partially also find significant effect of working
motivation or incentive to the officer’s performance in Bappeda Kota Cimahi. The
strongly determination of working motivation to officer’s performance in
Bappeda Kota Cimahi are 30.86%, and residual 69.14%, and determination of
incentive to officer’s performance are 42.46% and residual 57.54%, and the
strongly corelation of waorking motivation and incentive are 0.544.
From
the research results to reach good officer’s performance;(1) the leader
motivate the employees with giving them proporsional reward; (2) a necessity of
giving allowances suited to employees’ in activity; (3) the leader should avoid
the situations which potentially impulse for conflict and favorable
environments are necessary to be conditiona; (4) giving incentive and rewards
for employees with good achievements. By accordingly all of these
recommendations hope could achieve the optimum work performance.
